How long is a voucher valid?
Every Ongeri voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Extensions are granted on request, with no fee for our existing guests.
Can the recipient change the experience?
Entirely. Vouchers are not tied to a specific safari. They are credit towards any Ongeri journey or private experience the recipient chooses.
Can vouchers be combined?
Yes. Several vouchers can be combined towards a single journey, and any voucher can be topped up when the chosen journey costs more.
What if the journey costs less than the voucher?
The remaining balance is held as credit towards a future Ongeri journey within the validity period. Vouchers are not refundable for cash.
Can I purchase from outside Kenya?
Yes. Vouchers are available in USD, EUR and GBP. International cards are accepted with no surcharge, as is bank transfer.
What is the smallest voucher I can buy?
Vouchers start at 1,000 in US dollars, euros or pounds, and can be issued for any amount above that.
