We have two 7 day journeys. One is a safari across two countries, and the other is a barefoot island.

7 Day Maasai Mara and Serengeti Luxury Safari: the best 7 day safari across Kenya and Tanzania
This journey gives you 3 nights in the Maasai Mara and 3 nights in the Serengeti. You can start or end in Nairobi or Kilimanjaro.
You begin at Hemingways Ol Seki in the Naboisho Conservancy. A private conservancy means night drives, guided bush walks and sundowners, which the reserve does not allow.
On Day 4 a light aircraft takes you across the border to Sisini Serengeti. You spend the last 3 nights there, with game drives and guided walks where permitted.
In regular and high season, you also get a complimentary fourth night at Ol Seki. A complimentary gateway night at Hemingways Nairobi or Arusha Coffee Lodge is included for those starting or ending in Nairobi or Kilimanjaro.
The Great Migration may be within reach in either country, depending on the season. The best time is June to October. The journey starts from USD 7,925 per person sharing.

7 Day Mnemba Island Luxury Beach Safari: the best 7 day island escape in East Africa
This journey is the opposite of a game drive. You spend all 6 nights at andBeyond Mnemba Island, a private island off the north east coast of Zanzibar.
The island has 12 bandas of palm frond and wood on raised decks. Each has its own butler and its own beach. There are no roads, vehicles or other buildings, and the island takes about 20 minutes to walk. It hosts 24 guests at most.
Days include two dives a day for certified divers, snorkelling, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, daily yoga and a sundowner dhow cruise. Green turtles nest on the island, and dolphins are seen off the reef. Day 6 is left free.
You are flown in from the Serengeti, Nairobi, Kilimanjaro or Arusha. The price includes return flights, three meals a day and most drinks. A complimentary night in Nairobi, Kilimanjaro or Arusha is also included.
It starts from USD 12,125 per person sharing. The driest months are June to October and December to February, and diving visibility is best from October to March.

Which 7 day journey should you choose?
- Choose the Maasai Mara and Serengeti safari for wildlife, two countries and a first safari.
- Choose Mnemba Island for rest, the sea and total privacy.
What is included, and what is not
Both journeys include your camp or lodge, meals, house drinks, activities, fees, internal flights and airport meet and assist.
They do not include international flights, visas, the Kenya eTA, travel insurance, gratuities, spa treatments or premium drinks. The safari does not include optional balloon flights, and the island does not include champagne or private dhow charters.
The best time for a 7 day journey
For the safari, June to October is best. For Mnemba, June to October and December to February are the driest.
