Ongeri Expeditions is a boutique luxury safari DMC and ground handler based in Karen, Nairobi. We plan and run private tailormade safaris across Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Zanzibar, Seychelles and Mauritius.
We are boutique by design. We take on fewer journeys so that every guest has our undivided attention, and so that you always deal with the same team, from the first brief to the final transfer.

A Note From The Founder
When you send us a client, you are lending us your reputation.
I have spent my working life on these roads. Long before there were itineraries or awards, there were early mornings, dust, and the quiet business of learning a place properly.
That is what I want you to feel when you hand a client over. Not a booking passed to a supplier, but a journey placed with someone who knows the camp manager by name, who knows which guide suits a nervous first timer, and who will pick up the phone at two in the morning if the weather turns.
We keep the number of journeys small on purpose. It is the only way I know to protect the standard you are putting your name against.

What is Ongeri Expeditions?
Ongeri Expeditions is a boutique luxury safari DMC and ground handler based in Nairobi, Kenya. We plan and operate private tailormade safaris for travel advisors across Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Zanzibar, Seychelles and Mauritius. We are boutique by design, so every guest has our undivided attention.
Do you give net trade rates?
Yes. We quote confidential net rates, so you add your own margin and keep your pricing your own. Commissionable rates are available on request.
Do you work in our name, white label?
Yes. Proposals, itineraries and travel documents go out under your brand. Your client sees only you.
Which destinations do you cover?
Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Zanzibar, Seychelles and Mauritius, including the Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Amboseli, Ngorongoro, gorilla trekking and the Indian Ocean beaches.

How fast do you reply?

What lead time do you recommend?
For peak season, roughly July to October, we suggest six to twelve months ahead for the best camps. We also handle shorter timelines when availability allows.
Do you handle groups, incentives, honeymoons and families?
Yes. We operate honeymoons, family safaris, private guided safaris, fly in safaris, groups and incentives, gorilla trekking and bush and beach journeys.
Do you arrange flights, transfers and VIP airport service?
Yes. We handle internal flights, road transfers and VIP airport meet and greet, fast track and lounge access as part of the ground service.
What support is there while clients are travelling?
We provide 24 hour on ground support, with a team in Nairobi reachable day or night for the length of every trip.
How do payments and deposits work?
Terms depend on the camps and the season. We set them out clearly in every proposal, alongside net rates and cancellation terms.
How do we register as a partner?
